Frequently asked questions
When does my access expire?
Access runs through 31 December of the calendar year in which you purchase. If you buy on 10 May 2026, access is valid until 31 December 2026.
What happens to files I've already downloaded after expiry?
Any files downloaded during your access period remain yours to use commercially after expiry. Access expiry only restricts downloading new products — content already in your library is unaffected.
How many shows can I use this content in?
Unlimited. There are no per-show, per-event or per-project fees. Use the library across as many projection mapping shows, audiovisual performances, live events, corporate activations and installations as you produce throughout the year.
Can I share access with team members?
Personal purchase — single user only. The licence applies to the individual who purchased Full Access.
Company purchase — the licence holder (director or authorized representative) may provide access to employees and collaborators within the same company, provided all usage remains within the terms of our licence agreement.
Educational institutions, universities and training companies require a separate University Licence — contact us directly for terms.
Does it include products released after my purchase date?
Yes — all products released on videomapping.store before 31 December of your purchase year are added automatically. Just login to your Google Drive or Mega Cloud Folder.
Is this compatible with Resolume Arena?
All Video Mapping Loops Packs is delivered in DXV and MOV ProRes formats optimised for Resolume Arena. Resolume Arena software is not included and is available separately. You can also use PNG Sequences in Resolume, just drag & drop folder to the bank.
